Week 9

This week I worked on my cover letter and resume mostly. I'm happy with my cover letter but I think my resume has things too crowded currently so I want to redo that. I got a better looking portfolio and have also started to print out my works for that. I got about half of what I have ready currently printed. I'm still working on my dvd booklet but I now have a good idea (I hope) that I'm going to try next time I work on it.

For flash I started to bring the cockpit to life with little animations. I've also added in some new works (though not as many as I'd like because something wasn't working quite right and it took awhile to fix). I'm also looking up code to get ideas of what else I can have my ship do though the biggest part is finding things that I can understand well enough. I don't want to put code in my portfolio if it's basically just copy/paste from a tutorial. I need to be able to understand the code fairly well and know why it works like it does.

Week 8 (crit)

We had crits again this week but out of class I've been doing more research and experimenting on what my cover should look like. I've also been going though my files again trying to find what else I should add to my portfolio. For flash I've been trying out some new code to give my portfolio a few more cool features. I don't have the successfully working yet though.
